608 Fieldwood Circle
This home was lost in the 70s and needed a lot of home improvement help. We replaced dated paneling, popcorn ceilings and dingy carpet with hardwoods, bold wall texturing, sweeping archways and fresh paint. From the living areas to the pool to master bath & bedroom remodeling, I think you'll agree, Fieldwood made a remarkable transformation.

This 60 year-old home was receptive to a considerable amount of TLC. We had our home painter brighten the house with a more neutral color. With some general carpentry we installed archways in the den. We hand scrapped and refinished the natural hardwoods and installed new ceiling fans, switches, plugs and vents in every room.
It's the details that make the difference. A simple addition of crown molding to a freshly painted room can really spruce up your place for a lot less than you think. Call or message Redhawk Remodeling to see how much we can save you.

This was yet another home lost in the 70's in dire need of some love and understanding. Foundation and plumbing issues coupled with a leaky roof, exterior trim rot, peeling paint and overgrown vegetation were the first orders of business. Nothing 22 concrete piers, repaired waste pipes, roof replacement, fascia and exterior paint couldn't handle. Fresh paint, flooring and popcorn removal on the interior made this dull, single family dwelling into a home the new buyers could be proud of.

This was a one owner house when we purchased it. The woman who owned it lost her husband a decade ago and the property fell into disrepair. So, we had our work cut out for us beginning with leveling the foundation, re-routing the entire west side waste plumbing and curing an acute case of orange fever by removing the shutters and painting the front door. We had to rototill the front flower beds and half of the east front lawn due to an overgrowth of monkey and crab grass. After removing dead shrubbery and installing a border, plants, 150 pieces of St. Augustine sod and massive quantities of mulch, the curb appeal improved immensely. Add to that 165 feet of new fence bordering the back yard and now we're talking! The interior living areas and bedrooms needed popcorn removal, fresh paint, wood flooring, carpet and ceiling fans. We walled over one of the two bathroom entries in the master bedroom and added 5 of our signature arched doorways throughout.

Another example of a home with great bones that needed just the right amount of love and creativity. Born in 1967, this 50+ year old home on a spacious lot got a subtle, exterior face lift with an entirely new look on the interior. Fresh paint, canned lighting, new carpeting, new HVAC system, rebuilt deck, shutters, and nickel finish hardware did the trick. Redhawk Remodeling even installed a 11.5' arch in the master bedroom creating a nook for a variety of usage.
